Privacy Statement
Last updated: 2026-01-29
1. How we use the data we receive
We use personal data for one purpose: to make the consulting relationship between FluxHarbor Payments and a client work. That covers the obvious things like sending you a contract draft, scheduling a working session, and writing a deliverable that names the people involved. It also covers the less obvious housekeeping, such as confirming that an invoice has reached the right finance contact. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data and we do not use it to train external models.
2. Reaching the privacy team
For any privacy question, including a request to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you, write to hello@insight-system.one with the word "privacy" in the subject line. We will acknowledge the request within five working days and we will work to a thirty day response window for the substantive answer. If we need more time we will tell you why before that window closes.
3. How long we keep records
Project documents are kept for the life of the engagement and for seven years afterwards, which matches the records-retention practice expected of professional service firms in the Republic of Korea. Direct correspondence not tied to a project is kept for two years from the last message. If you ask us to delete data sooner than that, we will, except for items we are legally required to retain such as billing records.
4. Where third parties are involved
A small number of vendors process data on our behalf: a workplace email and calendar provider, a contract management tool, a video conferencing platform, and an accounting system. Each is bound by a written agreement that limits them to processing on our instructions. We will name the current vendors on request. We do not transfer personal data to any third party for their own purposes.
5. Categories of data we collect
During an engagement we typically hold your name, business email, business phone where shared, employer, role, and the documents you exchange with us. We may also hold meeting notes that mention you. We do not seek special category data and we ask clients not to share it with us. If we receive special category data inadvertently we delete it and inform the sender.
6. Who this statement applies to
This statement applies to anyone whose personal data reaches FluxHarbor Payments through this website, through a client engagement, or through professional correspondence. It does not cover personal data that you, as a client, hold about your own end customers. That data remains under your responsibility, and our consulting work is structured to handle it as little as possible.
7. Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct anything that is inaccurate, to restrict its use in some circumstances, and to have it deleted where the law allows. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission of the Republic of Korea or with the supervisory authority in your own jurisdiction. Exercising any of these rights will never lead us to charge a fee or to retaliate in any commercial way.
For any question on this document, write to hello@insight-system.one.
